Shoulder Injuries - Types
Rotator Cuff
A
rotator cuff injury is an injury to one or more of the four muscles

These muscles, along with tendons, keep the

tendons.
Symptoms of a rotator cuff injury may include:
- Pain and tenderness in the
shoulder, especially when reaching behind your back,
lifting, pulling or sleeping on the affected side.
- Shoulder weakness
- Loss of shoulder range of
motion
